1. Order Processing Time

We process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 3-5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: Delivery within 5-7 business days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8-10 business days

Please note: These timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat ₹50 COD charge is applicable.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the tracking link. You can also track your order from the ‘Track My Order’ section on our website.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition and as fast as possible.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempt

In case of an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to you to reschedule delivery. If unreachable, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
