Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Culturate, we value your trust and want you to love every piece you own from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for the following:

  • Size issues

  • Defective/damaged products

  • Wrong product received

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@theculturate.com or WhatsApp us on +91-7987643733 with your order number and issue.

  2. Our team will approve your request and schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable).

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit/refund.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style (subject to availability)


Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Product was never delivered

  • Manufacturing defect with no replacement available

Refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit (preferred, valid for 6 months), or

  • Original payment method (processing time: 7–10 business days)


Non-Returnable Items

  • Nothing..!!


Important Notes

  • Reverse pickups are available for select pin codes only. If not available, customers are requested to self-ship the item.
